Bank Of America Corporate Events

Challenge:
BofA wanted a conference presence that would catch a visitor’s eye from across the venue, and entice them to come and spend time in their booth. They also wanted to be able to capture data, and avoid obvious “gimmicks” so the interaction and the mission statement had to make sense as one piece.

Solution:
Design and copy worked together to brainstorm activation ideas based on the theme of the conference. For our first event we debuted an interactive “lite-brite” installation where visitors answered a question using light pegs, and then event staff captured this data to share later.

Deliverables:
Event booth design, activation concept and design, and event space signage.

Results:
The Bank saw an increase in visitors and engagement from our booth design and as a result of this success, they contracted us to work on their booth again the following year. We expanded on our idea of interactive data and created a bar graph made of M&Ms where visitors could vote by selecting a corresponding color.
